Apple Cider Vinegar – 500mls
Wildcrafter Apple Cider Vinegar is both ‘raw’ and ‘pure’. It is un-pasteurised which means it has not been heat treated. Many of the vinegars which you will find in health shops today have been pasteurised and filtered; a process which essentially kills and removes the health promoting living enzymes that float within the vinegar.
Our vinegar contains the all-important ‘mother’ which rests on top of the liquid as it ferments in large oak barrels. The wooden barrels add to the ‘tartness’ and give the vinegar a better and higher quality flavour. Our apples are grown locally and have not been sprayed with harmful chemicals and pesticides. There are no preservatives added to the product at any time, so it is true to say that our Apple Cider Vinegar is raw and pure and fully loaded with goodness.

With regards to health, chamomile offers a range of body support, from its ability to reduce inflammation, promote sleep and treat cold symptoms to helping lower blood sugar and control diabetes. Dried Elderflowers 20g
Elderflower tea HAS a distinctly ‘herby’ flavour, as you might expect from edible flowers. However, elderflower tea is sweeter than other floral teas and it also comes with a slightly musky tone. In terms of taste, it’s quite a lot like lychees, with a crisp finish that does much to cleanse the palate.
In addition to its pleasant flavour, elderflower tea is also known to provide a variety of health benefits. For those with colds and flu, it’s an intensely soothing drink that calms the sinuses and bronchial airways. Dried Linden Leaf
Despite carrying the name of lime blossom, lime blossom tea tastes nothing like the small citrus fruit it shares its name with. In truth, lime blossom herbal tea has a strong, pleasant, sweet taste.
