Apple Cider Vinegar – 500mls
Wildcrafter Apple Cider Vinegar is both ‘raw’ and ‘pure’. It is un-pasteurised which means it has not been heat treated. Many of the vinegars which you will find in health shops today have been pasteurised and filtered; a process which essentially kills and removes the health promoting living enzymes that float within the vinegar.
Our vinegar contains the all-important ‘mother’ which rests on top of the liquid as it ferments in large oak barrels. The wooden barrels add to the ‘tartness’ and give the vinegar a better and higher quality flavour. Our apples are grown locally and have not been sprayed with harmful chemicals and pesticides. There are no preservatives added to the product at any time, so it is true to say that our Apple Cider Vinegar is raw and pure and fully loaded with goodness.
