Coriander is an annual plant which prefers a full sun position. It can grow to a height of approximately 30cm. The fresh young leaves of coriander can be used in a variety of culinary dishes. Throughout the summer months it will produce pretty purple flowers – followed by seeds which can be collected for next year’s crop.
